Join the Arvada West High School Cross Country and Track Teams for Night with the Wildcats.
As most of you know, Arvada West High School does not have an all-weather track. We have extremely competitive teams, but they are unable to train on a “real” track. With your help, we could have one in the not-so-distant future!
The Friends of the Wildcats Foundation has partnered with the City of Arvada to apply for a $350,000 Great Outdoors Colorado grant to build an all-weather community track at Arvada West. As a grant applicant, we must raise $125,000 toward the cost of the track.
How can you help?
On Friday, March 3, 2017, the Friends of the Wildcats Foundation will hold their Night with the Wildcats event featuring keynote speaker Vic Lombardi, dinner, wine and beer tasting, and live and silent auctions.
Date: Friday, March 3, 2017
Time: 5:30 – 9:00 p.m.
Location: Lamar Street Event Center – 5889 Lamar Street, Arvada, CO
Cost: $95 per seat ($110 after February 17) – includes dinner, drinks, and live and silent auctions
Money raised from the event will go directly to purchasing an all-weather track for Arvada West! The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your gift is tax-deductible. Gold Corporate Sponsor – $1,500: Includes table for 8 guests and banner with your logo. Banner will be hung at the school after the event.
Silver Corporate Sponsor – $1,000: Includes table for 8 guests.
